Blockchain Bias

Blockchain works when a majority of the nodes attached to the chain agree on a change, and that records it in the ledger. This makes blockchain dependent on powerful computers with high-speed access to the Internet. Richer, more well-resourced people have an advantage, as they can more quickly achieve a majority. This makes blockchain biased to the status quo, to the currently rich, and to the currently powerful. This is why blockchain is inherently biased.
